To know more about how people really think of Vitasoy, we have done a street interview in Tsim She Tsui. Although the sample size was not big, we still found some interesting opinions.
Firstly, those born and growing up in Hong Kong did have some memories about Vitasoy, including its old package and flavor. Secondly, outlanders are also familiar with this brand. In the interview, there was a young man from Guangdong and a lady from Jiangsu and they both agreed that Vitasoy is quite popular in their cities. Just as shown in the Vitasoy’s annual report of 2018, mainland China remains the largest contributor to the group’s revenue. However, according to the interviewees, Vitasoy’s products are not their first choices of drinks, which may suggest that there is still much potential market in mainland and perhaps other places.
